In KVK soil testing lab diagnostic services such as soil, plant and water analysis facilities are made available for the farmers on nominal charges

An IT infrastructure with internet and video conferencing facilities has been established by ICAR for e-linkages between scientists and farmers.

Well equipped training hall with sitting capacity of 80 participants is available for farmers and extension functionaries.

A mobile vermicompost unit having aeriation from all sides which can convert 2 tones of farm waste into vermicompost in one cycle.

Green house and shed house are available at KVK for raising the disease free seedlings of vegetables and flowers and also for the purpose of providing know how to the visitors.

Parent stock of KVK’s goat unit consists of 10 female and 1 male of pure Osmanabadi breed. This goat unit is utilized as a practical training resource for unemployed rural youth, practicing farmers and farmwomen. KVK has generated a resource of more than Rs. 3.20 lakh by selling male & female kids to the client farmers of Nagpur and other districts.
